On Friday 19th April we headed over to Bermondsey for the launch of Ryeceratops – our collaboration rye table saison with the excellent Affinity Brew Co.
Their taproom was bathed in glorious sunshine throughout the weekend, proving the perfect combination for this crushable sunshine beer.
This 3.5% table saison was brewed with a big hop-burst of Mandarina Bavaria in the kettle and a Huell Melon dry-hop giving this a delicious fruity balance to sit with the spicy rye malt-base.
A huge thanks to everyone that came down to chat with us on Friday and also to those that went over through out the weekend. The draught beer is selling in record time and the excellent cans are out there too. We love this beer and we hope you do too.
